Question: How do I sign up for a class?

Check our schedule for a time and class level that works for you.  Click Here to signup and you’ll be guided through the steps. Once you arrive to the studio, simply check in with our desk manager and they’ll help answer any questions you may have as well as show you around the studio. 

What should I bring to class?

A mat, a towel, water and yourself! If you don’t already have a mat, we have mats for rent for new clients. We have changing rooms and cubbies for you to store your belongings. You might want to bring dry clothes for after class. It tends to get sweaty!

What about during the summer?

We rarely heat the studio in the summer as we let Mother Nature do her thing. Natural heat and humidity make for great conditions to practice, so expect a nice and healthy sweat.

What if I am not flexible?
None of us were flexible when we first starting practicing. Meeting yourself right where you are is the perfect place to start. You’ll see results in not only your flexibility, but your strength, right away!

What do I wear?
Wear clothes that are comfortable for you. Clothes that you can move and sweat in are best. Our classes are sweaty, so even consider a change of clothes for when you leave to take on your day!

Can I practice if I am pregnant?
Always check with a physician before starting a new physically challenging program. Power and Vinyasa Yoga is accessible and can be modified for many situations. It is helpful to have a strong practice before becoming pregnant, as starting a new exercise is not recommended. Lying on the stomach and inversions are contraindicated for pregnancy, so speak with an instructor before class for suggestions on alternatives.

Can my Kids attend? Yes! Kids 14 and up are welcome, with parents permission.
